"It took forever. It’s still not done. The guy I have to deal with is unprofessional. The steps installed leave a lip or will have a mound these are my choices on a pool that was flush. I was never told this was how the pool was going to be and now I’m told to accept it even though I’m unsatisfied. I paid 75% of the money upfront and he has left more than that unfinished and states he will just write it off"

Wet Surface Technologies reduces the likelihood of slips and falls with two distinct treatment procedures depending on the type of flooring. Our first treatment is a liquid modifier which reacts with the minerals in stone based floors such as ceramic, terrazzo, porcelain, marble and concrete to put down a microscopic thread that you cannot see or feel. This is not a coating. When your surface is wet it meets ADA Guidelines for Static Co-efficiency of Friction which is the standard for determining safer floors when wet. "Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."
