That pool was close to perfect and they wanted a show, you know, where I play with chemicals and put a dab of something else in to counter it, to look like I'm doing something to a pool, chemically I'm a technician and a pool chemist, not a circus show. I showed them their chemicals when they asked, I showed and spoke the numbers out loud. Pool was ALWAYS crystal clear and able to see the main drain. this shows Alkalinity is correct, ALK 100-150. His pool has no leaks, therefore his cyanuric acid level never depleted. CYA sits at 45 roughly. his marsites PH is sitting at a 7.7-7.8 & Because of his salt system, I didn't even need to put chorine in. When we met he had over filled it! to 4300! it took 5 months to get the salt to regular levels, why would I add more when its still coming down and its apparently keeping the exact amount of PH and chlorine needed? CHL was always 3-4 Not once was any of this brought to my attention until they decided to have chemicals checked at a local pool COMPETITORS STORE. Not only did the customer state it took 3 hours in a car at 120 degree outside to avoid the trustworthy international pool company around the corner who knows my name, but took it 2 places that are locally owned. Guys, did you really think you were going to get an exact measurement by the 3rd hour? if you went to two places.. why did you only show me one? The pool was vacuumed and brushed every week. Not once was my physical labor brought to my attention. Please use this exact message for any second opinion."
