It went very well.  I am a returning customer.  I had my roof done in Feb. of 2015 and was very satisfied.  When I had a car hit my house, I knew immediately who I wanted to fix it.  As in the past, the crew was very professional and hardworking.  Brian and Sarah are the best.  They followed up on the work-site to make sure everything is progressing as expected. Brian was very good about explaining all the details of the project before beginning to ensure I understood what they were able to fix with the funds available.  Sarah immediately returned my text when I told her what happened and her and Brian came over within an hour and they were on their way to their son's game.  Can't say enough positive things about Atlantic Coastal.  I still have work that I need to get done on my house, and when I get the funds to do it:), I know who I will be calling.  Thanks again Atlantic Coastal!

"Accubuilt handled everything from the beginning. He went to the townhouse, took measurements, and presented an estimate within the week. There was an issue with the building inspector after ordering the vinyl siding over the "color", of all things! We had chosen a pale green called Key Lime and the inspector had reservations until Lee made a special trip back (80 miles each way) and secured a sample for him. All work was professionally done and in a timely matter, weather permitting. The work area was kept clean as to minimize any annoyance to neighbors. Lee made several trips to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process and correct any minor item that we might find. While the weather was not very cooperative, Accubuilt continued to get the job done as quickly as possible. "The builders of Rio Construction are very knowledgeable from framing and plumbing to hvac and electric. They built a staircase in the garage that goes up to a entry room, full bathroom, closet, and bonus room with access to large storage areas on both sides. They really maximized the space in the attic and brought my dream to fruition. It is absolutely gorgeous... I have been in and around construction my whole life and this was the best group of builders I have ever encountered. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever take on another project I know who to call. These guys definitely went above and beyond to bring my dream to fruition. "Called Mr. Lettrick about a chimney leak.  He came by that afternoon while it was raining and looked at the problem from the gound.
He indicated the chimney cap was leaking which was obvious.  I told him I wanted it fixed and he said he would return the next day. It was my understanding that he would make the necessary repairs at that time.  He did not return the next day as promised but did call at about 4PM to say he was sorry he couldn't get there and would come between 1 and 2pm the following day.  The next day a two man (subcontractor) team showed up around 1:30PM.  They went on the roof, said there was a hole in the chimney cap and they had caulked it.  If I wanted a permant fix, they would have to replace the metal on top of the cap.  This would require another trip and at an aditional cost.  I thought they were coming prepared to make a pemanent repair and as far as I am concerned it was a wasted trip and a wasted $100.00.
