Overall, this company exceeded expectations and was very professional. Work was completed when promised and area was clean when they left. I had concerns about one downspout and they came back the evening I let them know and made the correction. The price was competitive. I remain most appreciative.

Went good until they had to come back and fix a few problems.installed in June after 3wks delay. Was called back twice to fix problems of leaking still not fixed as of today and the leaks are causing my wood soffits to rot. This is a very poor company

When we scheduled to do the install, we also had issues with our distributors for material because of the whole covid-19 crisis as where many other companies in the area and across the United States, also the rain factor. Then you called in July to report an issue with leaking. At that time we sent someone out to assess the situation, this was July 15th. We had informed you that we would fix the said issue however we were currently backed up 10 weeks but would get you in as soon as possible. You are still on our list for this repair. You have been informed that we would call you when it came closer to the 10 weeks as said. We will be in that area again next week. Someone will contact you by the end of today. Thank you and we hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible."

They were finished in a flash. I don't believe they checked all the gutters around the house. They were more interested in measuring for an estimate for gutter guards.

I waited a long time for them to set up an appointment for cleaning after they had my money. Gutters were cleaned by hand BUT when I asked if they were going to be flushed out with water I was told the remaining grit would be washed out by the rain..after some discussion they washed out half of them.

They showed up on time with a full team, cut the guttering to fit precisely with no seams. They were fast, professional, and completed the job as we discussed it when the representative came out to access the job. I told him to be nice on the additional pricing as I was a disabled Army Ranger living on my disability, which if you are on disability you know is nowhere near what you should get for what you give for your country. I didn't get a price until the job was done. Surfside Beach is a beach town, almost all the houses are on stilts. I could understand the extra price for the extra footage, but they add on an extra $1.50 - $2.00 a foot to the total length of the gutter they put up for anything higher than 20 ft. We'll all the houses are higher than 20 ft. because the houses are on stilts. They should be up front with that fact instead of hiding it in fine print. So I paid over 5 times the discount pricing. I could understand if I lived in the Midwest and they were not set up for beach houses. But they were in and out in under 2 hours, they do stilted houses all the time. They did an excellent job, I personally think they should not add the extra per foot cost due to heights they deal with every day. It feels like a trick to make extra money on there jobs. So quality is absolutely top class but I feel the pricing matrix is somewhat misleading. Just get the full price up front so there are no surprises and they will do a great job on your house.

"Good morning. I'm not entirely positive what the confusion is. I was the one who provided the estimate to you. I have a copy of a dated and signed by you estimate with the final price on it if you would like me to forward it to you. We provide the final cost of install to every customer when the estimate is provided. In addition you were given $100 discount for your military service. On Angie's List in the purchase that you made it states that the purchase is valid four gutter up to 2 story. In addition your original purchase was for 50-foot on Angie's List however when I stoped by to give you the estimate you had purchased an additional 130ft. again we provide final cost on every job before the job is completed and get a signed estimate before we will commence work. In addition we leave a copy of the original estimate with the homeowner. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you would like me to email you another copy of the provided estimate. we apologize that you are unhappy with our pricing and please accept 10% off for any future work you need done. Thanks again for choosing guttertechs!"

Very pleased with the installation of my new gutter. Rick called to provide their arrival time. He answered all of my questions and he and his coworker did a great job installing the gutter and downspout. His final bill was totally in line with Tom's estimate. I used them and referred them to my neighbors. They damaged my pavers when they did work on my neighbors house. They are terrible. They refused to take responsibility.
