Paid $500 deposit in August 2022 for a replacement bay window. Was told installation would be in October. October came and went with no window. I kept calling and getting "it's in production." By the first week in January 2023 I'd had it and sent a letter to the company on Jan 10 requesting a refund. Was notified on January 12 that window was ready. I spoke to Bob and told him I no longer had any faith in his company and wanted a refund. He initially agreed to give me a partial refund (less a restocking fee), but later reneged saying he couldn't get a credit from the window manufacturer. Terrible company. Buyer beware.

When they came out for the estimate they explained everything that they would be doing and why their windows were the best in the area, not to mention, they have the quickest turnaround time in the area! Very reasonable prices as well! Couldn’t be happier with this company. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking quality work with top quality windows!
