"I just wanted to leave a quick review. I appreciate Russ with Integrity Plumbing so much. I did not know who to call when my garbage disposal just died with raw chicken I had just stuffed in it. I put in a request in for estimate on Angis app not sure what to expect. Within hours I was on the phone with Russ. He was prompt (actually early which is awesome!) and I had a new disposal within mins. He also noticed how bad the water pressure was and took a look around the house. The only downside was that we had to wait for a days appointment-wise because they were so in demand (I see that as a good thing). They folks who called on behalf of the techs were kind and transparent. I wish that they had a more set estimate prior to dispatch. The guys that came gave us an estimate prior to starting work, but if we were budgeting for the work for a bigger project, it would be a bit harder to plan until they come to your home and assess. The guys were awesome like I said, and we'll definitely use them again in the future for plumbing related issues."
