Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us from picking out our flooring to final review at project finish. There was a two day delay in receiving the stair flooring and he called every day to assure us he was following up on the delay. The installers were also very professional and did a wonderful job. The wife loves the floor and would strongly recommend footprints floor for you flooring needs.

They had to completely relay the floor because it was not installed properly. After the second installation I had problems with sewer gas because they did not install the toilet properly. When I contacted them they refused to fix there problem.

Very poor vetting of their contract installers. If you get a good one that's fine, but otherwise you're in for a bad time. Our original tile installers were so bad Footprints finally had to change them out (though they sent that bad crew to another install). The second team was great, though there were some aspects of the first part of the install that could not be fully fixed. We kept that second team for the laminate work and they were great. The final result was satisfactory but it was a miserable process. Footprints charges a high price to the customer but pays their installers poorly. For the tile work the installers are responsible for purchasing the backer board and the thin-set. This motivates the installers to cut corners on both items, and we experienced this.

Footprint floors has been a pleasure to work with. They are quick to reply and kept me very well informed throughout the entire process. Their install crew did a beautiful job and went the extra mile when they discovered a need for an unknown step in the process that would create a lot of dust. The install pro did everything he could to minimize the mess and was clear in communicating with us every step of the way. We will certainly be using footprint in the future!

The floor came out better than I expected and the job took 3 days to complete as they said. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is considerating having a wood floor installed.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. We had a different contractor spend 8 days trying to attach Pergo to our living room wall and made 4 attempts before we fired him. Todd at Footprints was very empathetic to out situation and gave us a quote within minutes. Chad was great at making sure the guys showed up on time and assured us that the job would go well. Believe it or not, the two guys that did the work had it completed in 5 hours - just amazing and perfectly done. Great guys - very professional, clean and efficient. I will always use and refer Footprints - could not be happier with the work! Highly recommended.
