Repair services are also offered. There is a mandatory trip charge of $150 which covers the trip and 30 minutes of labor. If the trip is 50 miles or more outside of the Columbia, SC area, our charge is $250 round trip.

They come on July 16, 2025 and replace the fan. Turn it on that weekend and it still doesn’t work. It gets to the hottest temp and the fan sounds like it’s about to explode. We have called six times, texted, emailed, and spoken to the fake AI chatbot on their website and no one has responded. Call me back and fix my oven that I paid you for!"
