Glen the technician was wonderful. Very professional and very courteous. He wore a mask throughout the visit in respect of Covid. He explained the new system to me in detail and took the time to demonstrate all the attachments. I would highly recommend this company,

Aerus Electrolux was excellent however, home advisor should not schedule appointments that the professional cannot keep. I had to reschedule my appointment when I got in touch with the owner.

They replaced our original central vacuum with a new electrolux model. It didn't have a port in the garage like our old system, so the tech said he would return at a later date to add one. The tech was professional and answered all my questions. We're happy with the unit.

Glenn Griffin did an extraordinary job. I was having a mildew odor in the house & he installed a remarkable system that cleaned the air and the effects were immediate. So, I got my central vac repaired and got fresh clean air the same day, absolutely fabulous! Glenn is such a nice person and very knowledgeable. Glenn was very professional and knew how to diagnose and repair my central vacuum. He was focused and efficient and I was very comfortable having him in our home. In addition to repairing my immediate issue he also educated me on symptoms that could alert me to future problems. I recommend Aerus Electrolux and they service most brands. While no one can guarantee a “0ne visit fix” I was delighted that Glenn did everything he could to solve my problem in one visit. He had parts and expertise. It does not get any better than this.

Replaced an existing central vacuum system. Very good phone contacts. Installer was excellent and carefully described each step of the project. I have not used it yet but I was shown the suction meter before and after, which was in itself very helpful.
