"The sales process was great. They offered a great product at a good price. For everything they offered, they had the best price in the area. Installation took several days, but they did a lot of work. System works very well now that everything is complete. They have had to come back out twice since the installation, but their response time was reasonable. The second tech who came out was VERY knowledgeable, and quickly identified and repaired the problem. Office staff is great to deal with. Two negatives. Part of the installation was an attic tent. The one they installed was used briefly. It looked okay, so I did not press the issue. They also caused damage to two areas, only one of which I asked them to repair. I felt like they were dragging their feet on the repair as it took them a month and me making many calls to get the work done. One of their workers had put his foot through my ceiling. All-in-all, I would recommend them."

"The technician's (Tim and Chaun) that did the installing of my HVAC were courteous and professional. Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. I should also state two years ago we had a new HVAC installed by Swift and continually had problems with it. After many service calls with little luck correcting the issue, Swift installed a new unit. Five more stars to Swift for integrity!"

"We had a great experience working with MA Design & Construction. They care about their work and make sure the customer is happy. We recently wrapped up several projects with them – kitchen and half bath remodel, new flooring, adding new recessed lights, new fireplace hearth and painting all of the first floor and stairwells going up and downstairs. From the beginning, both Marc and Raquel were super responsive, often within minutes and many times well outside of business hours. They listened to what we wanted and Raquel, Marc and their tile guy all offered wonderful suggestions that we did not think of. The initial estimate was accurate and within reason. We wound up going a little over because we needed a new sub-panel installed and decided to go with upgraded countertops. This was not because of any inaccurate forecasting. The team was organized and cleaned up every day. On top of everything, they finished the work earlier than we expected! We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to work with them again."

I explained what I needed and he listened, offered suggestions, and gave me a great price. I signed my contract the following day.
