Installation took several days, but they did a lot of work. System works very well now that everything is complete. They have had to come back out twice since the installation, but their response time was reasonable. The second tech who came out was VERY knowledgeable, and quickly identified and repaired the problem. Office staff is great to deal with. Two negatives. Part of the installation was an attic tent. The one they installed was used briefly. It looked okay, so I did not press the issue. They also caused damage to two areas, only one of which I asked them to repair. I felt like they were dragging their feet on the repair as it took them a month and me making many calls to get the work done. One of their workers had put his foot through my ceiling. All-in-all, I would recommend them."

"Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that came out to fix my air unit. It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems. The tricky part of this job was sorting out the scrambled wiring left behind previously by an inept handyman, and doing so in spite of obstacles presented by the old mobile home such as unconventional boxes and wire routings, thin walls and smaller than usual spaces, and a poorly organized and labeled circuit-breaker box. Scott carried it off with aplomb. He sorted out the rats' nests, rewired the switches to work properly, and was inventive in overcoming obstacles that might have daunted lesser repairmen. The final results were tidy, good-looking, and functional. It was indeed satisfying to watch him sort out the puzzles.
