"So it is a Holiday weekend (Xmas 2022) and I was provided by the Carolina Creations team the best customer service that in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected. My pool pump stopped working and with the weather that is forecasted and being a new pool owner I probably panicked a little. So I called the main number and selected the after hours number and left a message around 12:15PM and received a call within 5 minutes. From that point I received communication from 5 different Carolina Creations team members checking to make sure that someone had reached out to me. Two of the five team members were on vacation, first time ever for that. So to make this long story short within 2 hours of my original call my pool pump was fixed and my stress relieved. If this is the type of service they provide how could anyone go anywhere else for their pool or landscaping needs. Carolina Creations you should be very proud of your team. Thanks again and happy holidays."

I had numerous plumbing, electrical, and equipment problems from the initial construction of the pool. Even though his company did not build the pool, Brandon jumped right in and either diagnosed/fixed several issues himself or hired a pro to do the electrical correction. My pool finally works as it should now. Service above and beyond. I like that."
