"I had my foundation and basement waterproofed from the inside by Groundworx. The first bit wasn’t good bc I got my appt cancelled and then the next appt no one showed up. So, by appt #3 I got Carlton. He was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I purchased the services bc we really needed it asap as I had major mold growing in my basement from the previous owners negligence. I do feel like the price was too high but that’s a Groundworx issue. NOT a Carlton issue. I understand the rep doesn’t control the cost of services. For two days and waterproofing it was around 13-14k. It was extensive work but I did the demolition and removal myself to save $$. The work started and we had Von, Tim, Will and another gentleman. The guys were great. Beyond awesome. They explained so much and helped me with my silly questions. We really enjoyed them and they made the job site so clean it was like they were never there (except for my new pump and my ripped out basement haha 😂) they clearly know"

"Our old system was completely shot. We weren't sure what the problem was but Gary came to our home on short notice, diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly and gave us a cost estimate with a repair date that was very quick as well. They arrived to do the repair, cleared the area needed for the work, removed the old tank and replaced it with a modern one, pulled the entire well pipe and pump which obviously was in terrible condition. They then installed a top line pump and new pipe. The new system worked flawlessly and provides pressure that we have not enjoyed in years.

Were done in about 30 minutes, leaving everything operating and clean. Had no problem answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. "Tuck&Howell technicians responded quickly to my call about a non-working home AC. The technician diagnosed a blown compressor and since our system was 20 years old recommended AC replacement. We researched and decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace to maximize efficiency. The system was diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered by Wednesday, and new system installed Friday morning - just ahead of a heat wave. (We are priority plus plan members at Tuck&Howell and that may have given us some priority - I recommend their priority plus plan service as well, which we've had for some 15 years or so.) The installation went smoothly and the new system is working great. Be sure to ask for a new thermostat, if needed, when you get a new system installed since it may or may not be included by default. We asked and it was provided. Our unit was a Carrier 3-ton, 14-seer unit with AC and gas furnace."

"I had three interactions with this company. First, on Thanksgiving Day, one of the owners of the company responded to a call and helped troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Second, a service person made a repair to the well system. Third, an office manager called me for payment. In all interactions, the company representative was courteous and professional. The repair made, replacing the pressure tank, was completed well, though in my opinion, very overpriced. However, the repair technician said there was an additional problem in the well, and that if it was deep, they could not fix it. I had to call a second well company to make that repair (Claytons in Fountain Inn, who came quickly and made the repair for a very good price). I think it was reasonable for Pretty in Pink to defer this problem, though it turned out that the well pump was not deep, 80 feet. Bottom line, this company's people were good to work with. However, for well work, they are not able to complete my full service, and I think their rates are too high."

"All Dry of the Carolinas has provided a quote to do a french drain system around the front yard and replacing a sump pump that was installed by another company with one that is not a box store pump, but a super sump. They have also provided me with a warranty and clean outs will be installed in order to flush the system once a year. I have a quote for encapsulation as well. But that work will have to wait until I have a joist replaced."
