Every time I came back home at the end of the day, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the crew cleans up after themselves every afternoon, so my house was always organized, despite all the work being done. Greg responded quickly with questions that I had about the work, and was willing to tweak things here and there as the job progressed. If anything came up that wasn't discussed before, Greg always called, presented the options, and made sure we were on the same page going forward. At the end of the job, during the walkthrough, there were no hard feelings or getting defensive when I stated what I had seen that needed fixing, and usually Greg had noted the same things himself that needed to be touched up or redone.
