Nice gentleman, very nice however, had to reschedule twice as they did not show. Connected hot water to cold in bathroom where they tighten the faucets. One sink is now leaking and one of the new faucets once not assembled properly. Called the day they finished to advise of the problems. One of the crew shared that they would be back the next day; it has been two weeks, still not here. Finally received a call back from owner and he advised that he would be there the nice day, that will be a week ago this coming Tuesday, no response. I knew going in that it was overpriced from the onset but wanted to give them some business. I would not recommend them for anything. The crew is amazingly friendly and I believe component; however, this is not a beauty contest. I got had. Lesson learned.

Problem solved. Great work! Came out within 2 hours of call. Only service out of 6 to contact me. Plumbers must be busy these days . . .

My showerhead had been dripping for a long while and it was driving me insane. I've called several plumbers and none of them could fix it without breaking open my wall. A close friend referred me to People's Choice Plumbing. I called and spoke with Ronald about my showerhead issues and he made time to see me the next day. I was so relieved because not only did he not have to break open my bathroom wall, but it was a very fast fix. Ronald was so professional and respectful I have since referred 3 of my patients to him.

Ronald Washington quoted us a service charge of $125, then that amount would be taken off the total price. He left job unfinished and damaged. I contacted Ronald Washington regarding a septic back up. He quoted me a service charge of $125, and stated this amount would come off the total price. We paid a total of $400. He suggested installing an output where he'd knocked a hole in the sewer line and snaked out debris. He assured us he would return the following week to complete the job. He never called so my significant other contacted him when we didn't hear from him. He finally answered and stated that he would have someone come out. No one ever came. We called him and left several messages which he has ignored. I left my issues concerning his improper business practices on his Facebook business page and he replied there. He finally called us and we asked him about coming to an amicable compromise by refunding us the $200 since he didn't do the output installation. We even discussed the service fee of $125, as a compromise. He originally told us the service charge would come of the total price. He refused to do anything to rectify. We are left with unfinished work and property damage. Mr. Washington has a history of this type of behavior. He has several reviews on Google where others have complained about the same issues. He also has complaint on Better Business Bureaus website as well. He should not be allowed to legally conduct business.
