I ordered the very basic system, and added to it as needed to suit ME. Products arrived, and installation was a snap. Sticking all the sensors on is the most time-consuming. I will say this....the initial cellular chip that came with the system is for a carrier in my area that SUCKS. It was about 3 months after my initial installation that I discovered this through talking with tech support on another matter (I forget what). Simplisafe promptly sent out a replacement SIM for one of the more reliable carriers in my area. I installed it and the base station was back up and running in no time. Additionally, because I have no home phone service, I wanted a backup to the cellular connection. They also provide me, free of charge, a broadband adapter that allows me to connect the base station to my home network. Before anyone gets their panties in a wad, my base station is in the middle of my house...far away from my router. HOWEVER, I do have a wireless "repeater" that also has two Ethernet ports on it. So....connect base station to broadband adapter via the RJ-11 (phone cord) cable. Connect broadband adapter to wireless repeater via Cat5 cable. Plug broadband adapter into a power source. Done. Now there is a back up to the cell service in case it becomes unavailable. I think the biggest drawback to this system is the lack of cameras, but it is my understanding they are working to fix this. However, it wasn't a show stopper for me. I just added cameras from another source (several actually). Why people have to have a one-stop shop for everything in their lives these days is beyond me. The actual monitoring system is outstanding, almost to a fault. If you forget to disarm the thing, and it goes off, better have your cell phone (or landline) handy because they WILL be calling you. I accidentally shut the cat in the garage, and she set off the motion detector. Because I have a camera (see above post) in the garage, I connected to it, and saw Ms. Prissy happy as a clam laying on the garage floor. Oops. But...I was very confused when the monitoring company called me....I was at work...took me a minute to figure out what had happened. Since I can also raise and lower my garage door remotely (ain't technology grand?), I opened the door, let the cat out, and re-armed my system, all from my phone while at work. We initially met with Realtor Sony Taylor to sell our residence. During the initial meeting we told her we were looking for a strong realtor that would aggressively market our home. Sony had stated that she had numerous clients lined up to see our home once it is listed, for she had given them the heads up that she is getting ready to list an awesome home. Sony stated that she is very aggressive and again reiterated that she has numerous potential clients just waiting to tour our home. She posted a teaser on her Facebook page. So far so good right?
She began collecting all of the vital information necessary to list our home. She was given information about upgrades and remodeling as well as exclusive features to highlight. She stated that she will list the upgrades etc. as that is a great feature for her to point out to perspective buyers. Sony continued to tour the residence and take pictures to feature in the listing. We were told that she would send us the pictures to look at so we could approve. Again another positive.
Once we completed all of the necessary paperwork she was given the customary key for the lock box. She asked if we had a code for the garage door key pad. She stated that she would keep it for herself and not give it to anyone. Great a conscientious realtor who has our safety and security in mind.
Fast forward the MLS came out and pictures of the house were posted online and on her Facebook page. Wait a minute, we never saw them prior to being posted as previously agreed upon. The picture quality had a lot to be desired. Some of them were washed out, one picture showed a close-up of our kitchen sink with a glass washing brush sitting in it, several others were great pictures of the furniture but we were selling the house not the furniture. We retook all of the pictures and sent the new ones to her. STRIKE ONE!
After a few showings by other realtors and looking at the feedback we realized that the numerous upgrades, that we were told are important selling points were never listed. Sony was again contacted and asked that the important selling points be listed. STRIKE TWO!
Most recently our residence was scheduled for two showings in the same day, by other realtors. When we were following up on a minor issue with the first realtor, she told us she was unable to access the lock box due on the front door as the storm door was locked. She told me that she "had the office call my wife who gave her the code for the garage door." Upon checking the storm door after the conversation it was still locked, so I realized that the second realtor had the same issue. When I mentioned it to my wife, she said she was never called by anyone about the occurrences. Now two people had the garage door code without our knowledge or consent.STRIKES THREE AND FOUR!
A decision was made that we were severing our ties with the realtor. When I called Sony and informed her of our decision she told me about the above incident and that SHE had given the two realtors the garage door code. When I inquired why we weren't called Sony stated that she didn't want to inconvenience us and that both realtors were very trustworthy and reputable. I explained that I am not questioning the trustworthiness of the other realtors. It only takes one person to write down the code numbers and another person oversee them. Thus the security of one's residence could become compromised with no malicious intent by the realtors.

I called him and he re-scheduled. He did notify me the second time before the appointment that he would not make it. He rescheduled and actually promised to be there for the third appointment. FAQs for brush chipping projects in Gadsden, SC
Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Loam (soil composed of sand, silt, and clay) costs about $17 per cubic yard. Standard screened topsoil costs about $20 per cubic yard. The type of topsoil you need depends on your landscaping plans.
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
