Eric and his crew were prompt, professional, friendly, and extremely hard working. They spent a lot of time cleaning up the mess around the yard. My wife and I were totally pleased with the results of their work. We had a weight lifted, as the job was daunting for us. We love coming home to a well trimmed and tidy yard with well pruned and healthy trees.

We highly recommend Erick Albenesius with really affordable services from his Heartwood Tree Care, SC. We had 5 very tall palm trees that needed trimming. Erick's team was very professional, fast, friendly and full of information on how to take care of those trees.They hauled tons of cut branches leaving our front and backyard very, very clean. I was in a pinch. Had a huge pine tree with large, heavy limbs that had pulled off the trunk and were sitting on other limbs 75+ ft up in the air AND a severe thunder storm with high winds and heavy rain was on its way. Angie's list connected me with Eric and he got me a quote and took down the dangerous tree and grinded the stump all within 48 hrs. They left the site clean as if nothing had happened. Eric and his team are experts in tree and lawn knowledge. I found them to be efficient, affordable and communicative. I highly recommend them (especially in an emergency). I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Responsive and communicated through the process. Had to leave town and couldn't be on site while they were performing the work. They sent photos of all the work completed and when I returned the site was clean and all work was performed as outlined. Received two quotes and they were cheaper by 10% versus the other company. Great service, will use them again.

Our experience working with Heartwood and Erick was easy and professional. In addition to some tree limb maintenance they took down a very large gumball tree from the side of our house with ease! They cleaned up and left the property in great shape (chipper for scraps and stump grinder). No complaints at all on the services and would absolutely recommend to anyone! Great value with excellent service!
