"Primary need was to trim and/or remove downed trees in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. My understanding was that the price quoted included money to rent a machine (bush-hog, etc.) so the wood could be cut up and hauled away. They did fill up two dumpsters with debris, but many of the logs were just left on the ground and they stopped returning my phone calls and text messages. To their credit, they worked hard and were on time; l accept some of the responsibility for possibly not being clear about the work l needed done."

I have a large river birch tree that was infested with caterpillars eating the leaves and covering whole branches in their web nests. The guys came out and reviewed the size of the job first and gave me an excellent price. Tony came the first day by himself but decided it was a 2 man job so he came back the next day. They cut the branches that were dying and spray-treated as much of the other branches that could be reached. In the end, I am afraid that they will have to return because some of the nests were out of reach of the equipment they had with them that day. Tony promised he would return if problems continued and I believe what he told me. By the way, my neighbor also hired them after he watched them work on my tree."
