A family member needed a new HVAC unit, and Walter and his team exceeded our expectations. We explained the importance of having central heat and air as soon as humanly possible but needed an unconventional approach. We needed a change agent. We were requesting consideration because we could not afford the total costs associated with the traditional methods of purchasing a new system. Exhausted, and thinking outside of the box, to help meet the need for heating a home during this winter season, we thought of purchasing a unit. Factors that impact a unit’s life expectancy include which brand you choose, how often you use it, and how well you maintain it.
