"Great lawn care service. Yard always looked great after they were there. Very lacking in customer service though. I was expecting my yard to be serviced but it was postponed a week due to weather (this was communicated to me). No prob. The next week came around, yard not serviced. It had rained again that week & I didn't think much of it. 2 weeks later, yard still not serviced. I emailed Tammy & she tells me she cancelled my service due to a realtor friend of hers telling her my house got a contract on it. (I'm still living in the house at the time & need the yard looking nice before new homeowners move in). It's crazy that she didn't reach out & before abruptly cancelling services without telling a customer. Would not recommend this company at all."

He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. "Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."
