No Job Is Too Small! Give us a call with any asphalt, concrete, pipe, and clearing needs. Here at JHS we have over 15 years of experience in the field. We look forward to working with you.
"He did a great Sales Offer and was great when starting landscaping/ grading to level ground for foundation. But once the building parts were delivered he stopped working They dug the perimeter to the building. The dumpster was repossessed late at night. Two weeks later they came and picked up all their machinery. Trey said he was waiting for 3 days of dry weather to lay concrete. We had 10 days in April. We were already passed first promise due date of April 1st. But now he says he is waiting on inspections. 1st inspection failed due to uneven foundation sand and deer prints, Permits were not collected in February as was told in February that he was getting them with signed documents from me giving him permission to get them. All payments made prior to March to keep workers on the job. They did not fulfill their end of agreement to be paid in advance, Flood vents were suppose to be ordered in January with rest of garage -- done by call to Spry Steel via conference call by Tres, me and Samantha of Spry Steel. Somehow they were overlooked and had to be reordered in May, after second completion date of May 1st. Tres has made no attempt to get anything done since perimeter dug. Last I heard he was having trouble getting inspection of dugout perimeter to get concrete. But I have been told by other contractors that they area is not dug properly and the plastic and rebar need to be spread in the area where building is to be built. The rebar and plastic are sitting in puddles of mud where it has rained over the months and Trey has not bothered to move. Rebar has grass and weeds growing over it. Plastic is becoming useless as it deteriorates in the sun and mud."

Since All Dry Services opened in 2014, we have dedicated our professional team to assisting homeowners who are dealing with the aftermath of disasters. Time is important to us: We get the job done right the first time all the time; we show up on time and ready to work; we time our services to fit your schedule; and, most important, we understand that your call to us comes at a sensitive time. Because you are stressed by home events, we not only restore your home, but we also treat you with respect and compassion. Our trained technicians pass thorough background checks and drug tests to ensure the safety of both you and your family.
"Matt and Christian have helped me feel safe in my home! They had a great quote price and stuck to that even after they did more than they prepared for! All I had to do was ask, and they used more antimicrobial paint where needed. There are a couple drywall installation projects remaining from their job, and Christian was able to communicate to “their” people to make sure everything is handled proficiently. They told me they can get them out here within a week. All great timing and solid work. Definitely recommend having them out for a free estimate!"

Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
Warm weather seasons like spring and summer are ideal times to excavate due to the ground being softer and easier to dig through. However, it is important to note that bad weather, like heavy blizzard conditions or torrential rainfall, can prolong the project length, increasing costs. That’s why it’s best to avoid excavating during winter or hurricane season, depending on your home’s location.
While completing an excavation project yourself is possible, we don’t recommend it. You’ll likely need to buy or rent the equipment necessary for the job. This equipment costs as $100 per hour or $2,200 weekly, increasing by as much as 50% for larger jobs.
In addition, completing an excavating job yourself poses a safety risk. If proper marking hasn't occurred, you risk hitting buried cables and other critical piping, like gas and water lines. Additionally, if working with excavation equipment, you’ll need to steer clear of any overhead wires. Leaving this project to an excavating professional is best.
