"Todd was easy to talk to, listened and helped with figuring out the best approach to accomplish what I wanted/needed. There was a misunderstanding on French door measurements to replace my existing faux French going into the living area, which resulted in the door I ordered from Lowe's being too small. Todd accepted responsibility for that though and I took care of coordinating for the reorder and exchange with Lowe's. If Lowe's had not messed up with the replacement - that hiccup would have been a minimal pain and delay. As it is though, a job that was started in October is just about ready to be completed in Feb. Two main factors - rain that wouldn't quit which caused a muddy yard that made it impossible for them to work AND the incompetency of Lowes. Overall, the finished room looks beautiful. One part of the porch was done with the windows, etc. and the other part was simply screened in. I raise butterflies and my object was to protect my caterpillars from predators and to keep bugs away in general. To help with that too, Todd suggested screening the length of the porch underneath (above the patio). I'm looking forward to the concept of being able to sit outside without getting eaten alive or battling other 'creatures' indigenous to this state (if you know what I mean)."

"We contacted Todd Ackerman of Express Sunrooms in Rock Hill in November. Our enclosed screened porch was completed by Christmas, and we love our beautiful Weatherlite windows and new screens! We can enjoy the porch even in the coldest weather (with a small heater) and look forward to opening the windows in the spring to enjoy the screened porch like we always have! "Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.

"BTR installed our roof about seven years ago and did a good job. They responded to a prior skylight leak several years ago with no problems. The work they do is good quality. This time, we had to call several times to get a response. They came out and contracted to replace the skylight and we paid them. Since then it was been almost four weeks. They have not responded to our calls. We have had three more heavy rains and ongoing leaks. We asked for a tarp, but they said "someone would look at it."

"Bill recently ripped out my old overgrown landscaping in the front of my house, and redesigned it to include Encore azaleas and other plants. The redesign is fantastic and I’m very happy with it. He also updated my yard with landscape lighting, which many of my neighbors have now commented how much they enjoy. I’ve previously had Bill and his team install a fountain, replace much of my poorly designed irrigation system (that came with the house when I bought it), and fix fencing for me when a tree came down, and the fencing required custom work. He and his team leads do great work. Bill is a perfectionist, and he always goes above and beyond. It's hard to find someone with this kind of work ethic nowadays."

"Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."
