After meeting Todd I knew he was the right contractor for me AND I WAS RIGHT!! He was upfront, honest kept to the terms of our agreement. Time frame was as discussed. His workers were polite, respectful and cleaned up after the project was completed which was that afternoon. I am very pleased with the quality of the vinyl windows. Todd also replaced 2 pieces of siding on the house. He came and removed the pieces and found the company that matched my siding. He did that for me since my builder STANDARD PACIFIC was of little help. I can recommend Todd highly for your home project. You will be very pleased"

"We contacted Todd Ackerman of Express Sunrooms in Rock Hill in November. Our enclosed screened porch was completed by Christmas, and we love our beautiful Weatherlite windows and new screens! We can enjoy the porch even in the coldest weather (with a small heater) and look forward to opening the windows in the spring to enjoy the screened porch like we always have! "Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.

Substandard work by BTR Construction! Painters made a mess and needed them to come back a second and third time to clean up and redo areas that didn't cover well the first time. Additionally, the floors they had painted all came undone one month into the pool season. When I called to ask about a warranty on the work I got handed from one person to another. When asked why no one would call me back I was repeatedly given an excuse of "there has been turnover in the company". When I finally did get in touch with the owner, he came out, looked at the work and said he'd get back with me. It's been two months and I've heard nothing from them. I called every other day but no one cares to call back.

At this point, I've accepted that I will not get BTR to come back and help resolve the issue. I'd be cautious of using this company. They get an D in my book for their overall work and ensuring customer satisfaction!

"Bill and his team are top notch to say the least. We had a huge backyard project that I needed help rescuing because of some bad experiences with other contractors. Bill came in and listened to what we needed, the budget we were after, and best of all, showed up and did the work in a punctual fashion. He did a large landscaping project including a pond/waterfall that is unbelievable. He did a great job of designing things but also listening to what we wanted out of the project. He even came back on his own account and improved some things about the pond that he didn't think were up to his standards. I've never had a contractor come back and do something that he himself discovered to improve it without me even pointing it out. When he says he does it right, he means it and the work is of the highest quality. It may take some time for him to get to your project, but he is worth the wait. Plan ahead and use Outdoor Contracting if you want the work to last and to be done the right way. I wouldn't have anything else done in my outdoor space by anyone else."
