"I have a screened porch that I wanted to enclose. Todd from Express Sunrooms was the first company I interviewed. I never make a decision after one interview. After meeting Todd I knew he was the right contractor for me AND I WAS RIGHT!! He was upfront, honest kept to the terms of our agreement. Time frame was as discussed. His workers were polite, respectful and cleaned up after the project was completed which was that afternoon. I am very pleased with the quality of the vinyl windows. Todd also replaced 2 pieces of siding on the house. He came and removed the pieces and found the company that matched my siding. He did that for me since my builder STANDARD PACIFIC was of little help. I can recommend Todd highly for your home project. You will be very pleased"

"We contacted Todd Ackerman of Express Sunrooms in Rock Hill in November. Our enclosed screened porch was completed by Christmas, and we love our beautiful Weatherlite windows and new screens! We can enjoy the porch even in the coldest weather (with a small heater) and look forward to opening the windows in the spring to enjoy the screened porch like we always have! Wish I could show pictures!! Thanks, Todd. Great job!!"

"They sent a very kind gentleman out to our home for an FREE estimate, and we were just blown away at the knowledge and amazing customer service we received! Top notch, they went over all their discounts, how the awning would work and look on our home. Even showed us a virtual picture of the awning on our house!!! We were given an install date the same day of our appointment with even better turn around times!! Overall a great experience, everyone must get a Marygrove Awning!!"

"Excellent. I will definitely hire them again. They were punctual and found two more holes that needed to be replaced. They moved furniture out of the room, did the repair and cleaned up when they were done."

"Southern Traditions did an excellent job. The cost included the curtains, all of the rods, tie backs, tie back hooks, and installation. They guys who did the installation were great. They had a great work ethic, they knew what they were doing, they were kind/polite young men, and cleaned up."

"

Substandard work by BTR Construction! Painters made a mess and needed them to come back a second and third time to clean up and redo areas that didn't cover well the first time. Additionally, the floors they had painted all came undone one month into the pool season. When I called to ask about a warranty on the work I got handed from one person to another. When asked why no one would call me back I was repeatedly given an excuse of "there has been turnover in the company". When I finally did get in touch with the owner, he came out, looked at the work and said he'd get back with me. It's been two months and I've heard nothing from them. I called every other day but no one cares to call back.

At this point, I've accepted that I will not get BTR to come back and help resolve the issue. I'd be cautious of using this company. They get an D in my book for their overall work and ensuring customer satisfaction!
