"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

"I was amazed with my awning. The crew knew exactly what and how they were going to install the awning. When they were done they explained how it worked and they left nothing behind. True professional crew"

"My backyard ha never looked so good. Bill really performed a miracle."

"The company was very responsive by telephone and showed up on schedule to give an estimate and then do the work.  The two fellows who did the work were very organized and professional.
I've been disappointed in the past when I hired 'handy man' services to do this sort of work and BTR was very different.  They showed up when they said they would, did a good job quickly and professionally, and didn't leave a mess.
Although BTR is 25-30% more expensive than a handy man service, they are worth it to me.  I will hire them again.
