Customers say: True professional

"Fantastic! We had hired a handyman from SMAP ( send me a pro ) to install a new bathroom door for us and he did such a terrible job that the door would not even close. Hg came out and corrected the situation so we now have a perfectly functioning door. We now know who to recommend , and who not to recommend, when work needs to be done."

"Luke called immediately after request to schedule. Timing worked out perfectly - the next 2 days. He arrived on time, painted 2 separate stairways with very high walls on day 1 and then day 2 painted our living room very high ceilings. Overall, could not have had a better experience. Will definitely hire again and highly recommend."

"Awesome job!!! I called several HVAC companies before contacting Cody. Cody explained all the technical aspects of my issue and even defined the technical terms I didn’t know on the initial call. Not only did he help me understand my problem more clearer and help guide me down the various routes I could take to remedy them, he quoted me almost 50% lower than most companies. After agreeing to the service, he was able to perform the service the following day to restore my AC. Upon arrival with his crew, I asked him how long did he think it would take. He said an hour. It took 1 hour for him to install my new AC. After a week of guys trying to rip me off, Cody and his crew reconfirmed my faith in honest service. I absolutely would use them again and would refer them to anyone needing any kind of service. Excellent service. Very professional. More than anything, HONEST!!! A++ if I could rate it. They should be the ones you call if you need HVAC work!!!"

"There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Selecting the right size wood stove fan depends on the size of your stove and the room it heats. Larger stoves or rooms may benefit from fans with larger or multiple blades, as these can move more air efficiently. Consider the fan's specifications and airflow capacity to match it with your stove's heat output for optimal performance.

Selection relies on matching fan size and power to attic volume and ensuring compatibility with home electrical systems and ventilation requirements.

Ceiling fans are very often worth the investment because they improve comfort in your living space and help reduce utility bills. In the late spring and early fall—and even in the summer in some areas—homeowners with ceiling fans can often get away with open windows and fans, which can cut down on cooling bills and also reduce wear and tear on the HVAC system. Over time, ceiling fans can pay for themselves by saving you money on electric bills and air conditioner repair and maintenance.

The more surface area that a ceiling fan blade has, the more effective it will be at producing airflow. Therefore, a longer ceiling fan blade is the better option if you’re looking for more wind. However, a longer blade will consume more energy than a shorter blade.

The most efficient ceiling fan height is 8 to 9 feet from the floor to the fan blades. For ceilings higher than 9 feet, a downrod can be used to lower the fan to the optimal height. This positioning ensures adequate air circulation and maximizes the cooling effect. Remember, fans should be installed at least 7 feet above the floor for safety.
