They did excellent work, so we brought them back out to install two awning windows for us along with several other small jobs we needed done. "It went ok. Multiple contractors in and out for many different applications. Jeremy was the foreman and made sure each contractor arrived to do the job spec'd for. Everything looks great, but a couple of items that came out less than perfect that I wasn't aware of until after job completed. Designer tile in marble shower wasn't installed smoothly in some places. Most was even with marble, which was nice, but there's a small area that is indentent. No one would notice, but we do! Also, noticing after 4 months of install, the small silve cap in sinks that granite was installed is chipping. Its only plastic, not a metal insert?
Overall, happy with the job. On the expensive side, but nice to have them handle everything. Am a bit disappointed that there was no followup from the owner or saleman that quoted us the job to see if satisfied with everthing. Once the job was done, foreman, I believe did check on things, but after spending almost $15,000, management followup would have been nice.
