"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Scotty was very prompt in phoning me and was able to come out the next day. He was right on time and very professional. He inspected our shower and recommended we get a bigger fan and purchase a dehumidifier. He told me how to clean the mildew and said since we weren’t showing signs of respiratory problems he didn’t recommend air quality test at this time, but told us how much it would cost ($150.00 less than one phone quote) if we wanted to have it done. We offered to pay him for his time, but he refused stating the inspection is free. Not too many businesses are like this in this day.
