Older homes often have problems, and the asbestos removal provided by American Asbestos solved one of our biggest. We were concerned about our grandchildren, who like to play in the basement. The older pipes had been insulated with asbestos, and the years were taking their toll. We had previously covered some pipes with tin, but we felt we needed a permanent solution. Enter American Asbestos. Two expert, courteous professionals gave us an estimate, and we proceeded with the work. They explained exactly how the removal would work, promised to be done in one day, and made an appointment to complete the work at a convenient time. The removal was completed promptly, professionally, and exactly as promised, in only one day. American carried away the old materials and cleaned up the removal. One could not have asked for better service. American even gave the basement a thorough inspection and alerted us to another danger, the asbestos adhesive once used for linoleum tiles. The professionals from American were pleasant and courteous, going above and beyond what might be expected. When I called back and asked for some of the pipes to be covered, American was â  old schoolâ  enough to believe the customer is always right. Within days, the pipes were covered as requested. Thanks to American Asbestos, we know our basement is now safe for our little ones. We are most grateful for their concern about our safety, their pleasant and courteous response to every question, their quality work with follow-up. I highly recommend American without reservations and with great enthusiasm.

Fast response to the initial contact. Quickly got a contractor out to do the work. Contract had excellent communication. He made his appointments on time or contacted us ahead of time to let us know he was running late. While I sincerely hope to not need this contractor's services again, I would certainly use them again and give them a strong recommendation.
