"Williams was a pleasure to work with. They refinished a tub and the tile around the tub. They also refinished a tile walk in shower. There was a piece of broken tile and they fixed that as well as some holes where handicap bars were located. It is very difficult to even find where the tile was broken now. They were able to install earlier than estimated (by about 2 weeks) and the crew worked very efficiently, completing the work in about 5-6 hours. My only minor complaint is that they left the trailer full of debris in our driveway until about 7pm that evening, even though they were done around 12:30pm. Even at that point though, we texted Darryl and he quickly got a crew out to remove the trailer for us. Even when they made a mistake, they were very quick to correct it. Excellent customer service."
