"I purchased a foreclosed home at it had water and mold issues in the basement.
After consulting with several companies I chose to work with Tim.
Tim had originally recommended a more aggressive approach that included interior drain tiles and full wall lining but I was convinced that the water issue was due to the (incorrect) way the builder used vapor barrier and fiberglass insulation in the basement and exterior drainage issues.
I asked Tim to extend all downspout flow away from the house, fix grading issues.  The job included trenching through our concrete patio to move water away from the foundation.
During the job, Tim even reached out to my new neighbor to get permission to route water through his backyard so that we wouldn't need to install a sump pump.
His crew worked several days to complete the work and left the job site tidy.
Lastly, Tim came out to make sure all the work was done correctly and he offered to put down some gravel / stones in an area next to my patio that had the propensity to get muddy.  This was not in the original estimate but he just added that on for free.

Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. Work was contracted with this firm due to the fact that during the evaluation of the crawlspace, I had multiple proposals, and Moisture Loc recommended not to encapsulate the crawlspace, where others gave no other alternatives. Moisture Loc could have easily agreed with the others to get the work, but gave me an option.

The work was scheduled, executed by very friendly personnel who worked very hard to make sure all areas were covered and the fungus removed.

One of the areas that I appreciated as much as the work was the fact that money was not requested the minute they finished. I was invoiced and quot;afterand quot; they called to see that I was satisfied with the results.
