"I recently hired Dan with Residence Restoration for a beach condo improvement project, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my unfortunate encounter to spare others from the frustration and disappointment I endured. From the outset, Dan displayed a poor attitude that left a sour taste in my mouth. Communication was abysmal, with a lack of professionalism that made the entire process incredibly unpleasant. They seemed disinterested and indifferent, rarely providing updates, or addressing my concerns. The quote that we agreed to was based off a large amount of labor as this was supposed to be a quick job. The turnaround time for the project was nothing short of extensive. What was initially promised to be a timely 9-day completion turned into a never-ending saga of delays. Weeks turned into months, and I found myself constantly chasing after Dan for progress updates. It was abundantly clear that they lacked a sense of urgency and commitment to their work. Every time we went to the condo to check in, there were 2 to 3 teenagers there completing the work. No supervision. I was told there would be a total of 9 guys and that’s why the quote was so high. They had too many projects. I paid for all hands-on deck and did not receive the service that I was promised. It took a total of 3 months to complete. In addition to the frustrating delays, the quality of work delivered by Dan was subpar, riddled with a myriad of mistakes. It became evident that attention to detail was not a priority for them. From installing the wrong toilets 3 times, improperly installed fixtures, the result was a far cry from the standard one would expect from a professional contractor. Dealing with Dan has been a regrettable experience, and I caution anyone considering their services to think twice. Their poor attitude, extensive turnaround time, and the multitude of mistakes make them a contractor to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and frustration by seeking out a more reliable and competent professional for your project. We lost out on bookings and since we paid in full upfront, we lost out on a lot of money since the bulk of the quote was labor."

"PROGREEN said he would guarantee the elimination of the moles and weeds. Neither has happened. I still have both. The drywall work was subpar in a few places leaving rough spots. I contacted the owner and requested that he come out to discuss the results and make it right. He has broken half a dozen or more commitments to come back to finish his work. I have given him EVERY chance to make things right but he has not. Also, while he was here doing the project initially, a neighbor of mine asked if I was happy with his work, well, I said yes because he was a nice guy and was working to complete the requested tasks. Based on my recommendation, they also decided to use him for a project. He repeatedly told them he would come out and start but blew off their appointments just as he has done to me. VERY disappointing. again, I have given him more than half a dozen chances to make this right before submitting reviews but apparently he doesn't feel the need. VERY DISAPPOINTING."

"Due to illness in my family, my palms were terribly overgrown, I had tried to hire people to trim, but they had no idea of what they were doing, until I met Fernandez with International Green. there was more room to upload pictures you would see before and after. He even replaced one palm that was almost dead. They worked in a timely manner, cleaned up nice after finishing my front and back yard, I have 16 palms he trimmed today. I even had some I thought I would just dig up, but by the time he finished, I am so had I listened to him and let him trim them. "Kevin Zakk did an amazing job with a very difficult space. The shower is super small and he and his crew handled it very well. There was water damage, old tile, terrible pipes and ruined sub flooring. Had I not known about it before hand, I would have never know it was difficult to remove and replace in that small space. The work is excellent. The crew was so nice and never complained. "
