Service was great. Reasonable price and would definitely use again.

We had Jon work for us before and knew he was first rate. He is a perfectionist and uses the best parts, explaining everything with clarity. We are very happy with the results for both front and back yards. The price is for both services. We would give him an A PLUS if that was available!

Jon did a fantastic job and went the extra step of removing built-up calcification on the sink before installing the new faucet.

He was very fast and professional. I highly recommend him.

FANTASTIC!! Jon Robbins is a perfectionist in his skills!

He not only replaced the valves but spent time finding a source for the washers we need for our antique clawfoot tub connections.  We have used his services before, and he always goes the extra mile and prices fairly for his time.   He also is very agreeable to my husband watching what he does and learning from it.

Jon is great, but you already knew that from reading the other reviews.  What you may not know is that he's funny, and loves what he does.   If you want an overall quality experience, prompt response and on time arrival, excellent knowledge, and has no top-office pressure to overcharge, just call him.  
So if you're a difficult personality, who is rarely pleased with anyone or anything in life, please call someone else.   Call Hiller or Franklin, so Jon will be available when the rest of us need a great plumber.

Told me the faucet should be covered by warranty. It was, and I called him when I had the faucet. Went extremely well. He did the installation and checked the under house plumbing, as I had requested, to see if it needed to be replaced. It does not, yet. Very nice man referred by my neighbor as the plumber he uses for his home and rental properties. He no longer handles big jobs, such as replacing all the plumbing or requiring two or more people.

Jon is very down to earth and straightforward. He let me know what had to be done and actually demonstrated how to do some plumbing stuff myself. He also said that if I helped him with the installs and it resulted in a shorter service time, it would cost less (he works strictly by the hour). Call him as far in advance as you can to get him and you won't be disappointed.

Jon did a good job and the price was fair.

We use John for all our plumbing needs and is our first call whenever an issue arises.  He is always responsive to our call and explains the problem along with solution options thoroughly.  His prices are very responsable and stands behind his work.  We highly recommend John.

When it comes to plumbing, I am as ignorant as one can get. When Jon called me back after hearing my voicemail, all I could tell him was that I had a leak in a pipe. He asked me to send him pictures of the leak and was able to diagnose the issue promptly. He was very polite, courteous, friendly and very professional. Showed me the start and stop time and billed me for the time he was there. Every thing went very smoothly and he did a great job! Clearly a professional who enjoys what he does.

He was very nice and did a great job. I asked him about doing a bigger job, a full re-plumbing of one of our bathrooms and he had the courtesy to decline the opportunity, stating that he is not equipt or at least was not at the time and he referred me to another plumber on Angies list.

Jon removed an old toilet and replaced it with a new one. He was punctual and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He also taught me a little bit about my home's water system. 6 months later, everything still works really well.

It was a very old, probably "vintage" toilet, and we were afraid that nothing could be done to save it, but Jon was great. I believe he had to come up with a few modifications on the parts to make them work for the flushing mechanism as well as the seat, but they kept working and still work, now a year later. I am late with the review, but at least I can provide that update! And I'm pretty sure he stayed longer than an hour and only charged for an hour. Asking me for pictures and a lot of info before he came also helped a lot, since he knew what parts he'd probably need. My mother and I were very pleased with the service and he was also very friendly and helpful - he offered advice on how I could fix a broken drawer in the vanity. We would highly recommend him.
