I repeatedly had to call Elias to find out what his plans were. He would no show or call for days and I'd have to call him to find out what the plan is. He left unqualified help on my property and never came to check on them. He told me they did not prepare the removal correctly and they quit leaving him alone. The sod was in the driveway for 4 days so he came on the following Sunday with a couple guys and hastily laid the 4 pallets. The edges were dry and some of it was not healthy looking. Elias did not order enough sod, so the job sat again for a few days until he got more. He returned with new sod from a different supplier, and it looked different in color. Every time I questioned him about it, he told me that's how it was, like I'm some idiot. He finally got it done to the amusement of the neighborhood. While in construction, he ran up and down my existing lawn with no protection and created ruts all the way through my front yard. I bought him 7 pcs of plywood to drive over and he brought 10 more the next day, but it was too late. And 1 day before he was done, he pulled up the plywood and drove over my lawn a few dozen more times, leaving the plywood I bought at his office???? He takes no responsibility to prevent damage instead he prefers to tell you he'll fix it. His fix came 2 weeks later and he threw several pieces of sod over the ruts and called it good. Prior to his attempt I invested $250 in topsoil, centipede seed, sand and peat moss and my labor of 15-man hours in fixing it. Yesterday he came over and said there was nothing he was going to do and that was that. That's not OK
