"The drain leaking underneath the courtyard was a difficult problem; first of all, the problem had to be correctly identified and then it had to be fixed. It was fairly complicated to determine where our water damage was actually coming from. Juan brought out some of his employees and they spent the morning trying to figure out what the problem was. Then they started to work; they had to remove all the pavers from the courtyard to get to the drain. Unexpected problems kept coming up for the next couple of days but they
<br /> kept working away to get them solved. I believe our problem is solved now and we got some new large gutters installed to help
