Some places stood out as high ridges and other places sloped down into valleys. The highs and lows were not so noticeable when the floors were covered in carpet, but once the carpet came off, they stood out more clearly. I decided that something must be done. I set up an appointment with Mr. Masle Gamez of Uneven Floor Solutions. He came to the house, evaluated the situation, and recommended a plan to fix my uneven floors. Talking with Mr. Gamez inspired my confidence that he knew what he was talking about and could deliver on his promises. I was pleasantly surprised when an early date was set for the crew to begin work. They showed up at the appointed time and promptly set to work in a businesslike manner. They had the proper protective safety gear and the specialized tools for this job. Partway through the job, Mr. Gamez led me on a guided tour through the crawl space, showed me the problems to be fixed, and pointed out the progress so far. When the job was almost complete, a specialized measuring device was used to help visualize the unevenness of the floors and control how much correction was needed to make them flat. At the end of the job, Mr. Gamez showed me pictures of the work done in the crawl space, which saved me from returning there to check the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. The recommended solutions addressed the real problems, and I feel I received great value for the money spent. "I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"I had my foundation and basement waterproofed from the inside by Groundworx. The first bit wasn’t good bc I got my appt cancelled and then the next appt no one showed up. So, by appt #3 I got Carlton. He was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I purchased the services bc we really needed it asap as I had major mold growing in my basement from the previous owners negligence. I do feel like the price was too high but that’s a Groundworx issue. NOT a Carlton issue. I understand the rep doesn’t control the cost of services. For two days and waterproofing it was around 13-14k. It was extensive work but I did the demolition and removal myself to save $$. The work started and we had Von, Tim, Will and another gentleman. The guys were great. Beyond awesome. They explained so much and helped me with my silly questions. We really enjoyed them and they made the job site so clean it was like they were never there (except for my new pump and my ripped out basement haha 😂) they clearly know"

"Although the water intrusion has stopped, which I give them full credit for, I was very disappointed in the finishing of the job. The pipe that takes the water from the house, was about 150 feet in length and went across the front yard, under the sidewalk and down towards the street. When they had finished the installation, friends remarked to me that the pipe was sitting above grade and looked like a long lump in the yard. When I contacted and spoke to John about it, he assured me that it would settle down and become level in a few weeks. So I waited, and waited and some of it went down, but there are still long sections that are not level with the yard, and looks like an obvious repair. I have called him and emailed several times and told him that if it were not fixed by end of last year that I would let others know via this review. I had thought of holding money back, but really liked and trusted him, so I did not. Now I wish I had. It's too bad. If he had just been professional enough to finish and do what he said, I would have given him a very good review.
