Our National termite control company had told us we needed some remedial work. "Like aforementioned, Tonya's crew did work in a timely manner. She was very nice to me on the phone--a bit more friendly than what I'd consider professional, but still courteous and polite. We had to play phone tag sometimes but overall communication was good. This was my first time getting trees cut and the stump grinding done. This is a suggestion, but it would have been nice to have been told what I may have to do with where the stumps used to be (regarding digging up the mulch and replacing with top soil if wanting to grass it over, etc). I felt the price was higher than I had expected, but all the other tree cutting companies I had contacted never replied back. Regardless, this wasn't a job I wanted to try to do even if had the time. Also there was a timing issue for payment so she waived the credit card transaction fee so I could pay over the phone which was super nice. Thanks again!"
