I was quoted a price for the job at hand, my kitchen sink, and removing a garbage disposal. Well, it ended up being a lot more than anyone could imagine. They kept the same price, and I was surprised and thankful as Iâ m on a fixed budget. I also would like to point out that he is a veteran and served in our military. The job was done excellent. The previous owners had worked on the sink drainage system, but they had done it wrong. He fixed all that and gave it an air vent that it much needed.(Another thing that was something not anticipated). I have other jobs that I need done and he had referrals so just about every one of them. That was another Gem To find out. I will definitely use them again. As a matter fact, I am I have otherwise projects concerning my plumbing if I could give a 10 star rating that I would do., Very courteous very nice. Also cleans up after the work being done.. Very thankful.

Jason (and his crew) are wonderful! They installed a tankless hot water heater for me (moving locations from the old tank water heater). They got the job done quickly, for a fair price and communicated with me through the whole process. I then hired them to do a shower tear out and install. It turned out gorgeous and the quality of work was outstanding! Super efficient and fairly priced. And the cleanest I have ever had a job left, even on demo day everything was super clean. From someone who has hired 100+ contractors over the years I would say they are top notch and would highly recommend.

Jason did a number of things at our remodel including switching a bathtub shower to a walk in and replacing another bathtub with a new one. He did all the rough in for us. He provides quality work at a fair price and he is reliable. The only plumber we will use from now on!!

It is not often that one finds a contractor who does what he says he will do. Jason Milian did just that. He set up a time to come put in my water heater and stuck to it. In fact, he and his helper stayed all day and into the evening without taking lunch, just so that we would have hot water before he left. He even followed up twice to make sure that everything was running without any problems. Now, that is service! I definitely recommend Genesis Plumbing CSRA for your plumbing needs. Just to let you know how much I believe in the company, I plan on hiring them again sometime in the future for a major project: removing old drainage pipes (one of which is a 6 inch cast iron section) and replacing them. Jason has seen the project and knows what is involved (a lot of crawling underneath a 102 year old house).
