Partial work (cap repaired) completed then never heard from again. He was suppose to call back with an estimate on repair on cracks down the chimney. It amazes me why people are in a business they advertise and then throw money away by not providing the service they advertise.

"Mark was great from the start. I called on a Wednesday hoping to have work done in a short 3 week window. He happen to have an opening and working in my area on Friday. Mark gave me a 2 hour window and checked in to let me know he was on his way. He cleaned the chimney and installed the cap and flashing in about an hour. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
