Deposit receipt e-mailed immediately. He explained what I could expect the following day. His crew led by JR showed up as promised at 7:00AM. During the installation I received texts with photos of the work in progress. My two story home (31 square) installation was complete later that evening. The crew were courteous and hard working. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. JR filled me in on damage found and plywood replaced, before he left. Chris arrived the next day for final payment. I was impressed with the owners personal followup to be done a month later, free leaf cleaning /inspection annually if requested, and 30 year warranty on labor and shingles.
