I hired them to do a deep clean My house was still not clean after they left i had to have someone come in and clean like they charged me for a deep cleaning

I specifically told the woman on the phone that cleaning the floor would require more than an upright vacuum and a Swiffer. She assured me they had lot's of experience and would bring the necessary equipment. So what did they bring? an upright vacuum and a Swiffer.

Use them for cleaning every other week. Results were inconsistent. Some crews were better than others, it seems.

Exceeded our expectations! They do everything from the ceiling to the floor and everything in between. Extremely thorough - our kitchen and bathroom sparkle. Really nice workers and the customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend.

They did a superficial cleaning. This was a cleaning for open house(house listed for sale). I had to get another cleaning service to get the job done. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for thorough cleaning!!

Excellent from start to finish. Man who did cleaning was courteous, thoughtful about whether he needed to take his shoes off, and very thorough in the cleaning of windows, as well as clean-up after. Very happy. Would hire them again.

The cleaning was very superficial and the cleaners did not speak English so we could not explain our needs. When we complained to S&G, they sent out another crew that same day, which did a great job. It was a very mixed experience.

The S&G cleaning technicians are true professionals - they knew exactly what needed to be done even though it was our first cleaning. They did an extremely thorough job and were very polite and prompt. It's obvious how they take pride in their work - our entire house sparkled and smelled wonderful!

We came to a verbal agreement about the service, and then tried to modify the agreement and charged before even providing an invoice. The people that came did excellent work, but my advice would be to make sure there is a clear understanding as to the number of maids, the hours, and what the amount to pay will be for the service in advance of the service.
