We quickly set up a meeting for the survey, he answered our questions during the process and the turn-around time to getting the final report was just perfect. The report was straight-forward, unbiased and professional and served our needs for planning to the next stage of construction and for repairs. I highly recommend Mr. Shepard's services for structural evaluations and would without question employ him again for another project.
