"My home is the roosing place for a large flock of Vultures and despite all of my efforts I had not been able to deter them from camping out on my roof. They were tearing things up on the property an leaving poop everywhere. As a result I have become known as the Vulture Lady. He took the time to educate me about the fedral protection that these birds enjoy and how not to violate that protection. Two solutions were proposed. A propain canon and roof spikes. Tim was understanding when I rejected the canon despite the fact that it did get rid of the birds. We then installed the spikes and problem solved.
