I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

He recommended getting a new control unit at first since mine was not commercial grade at my residence which was going to get expensive and required him to investigate further with things. He found that an area underground where the water runs through was not opening and closing properly had to be replaced. It took some digging and labor on his end but it was able to be fixed properly. There was a bit of guessing that made me a bit uneasy but in the end the problem was found and everything was fixed for my tune up price plus the cost of labor and parts of what was done. This is my first home and I don't have other companies to compare to but I would say they did a decent job.

Terry & his crew mitigated a LOT of damage for us, replacing subfloor & flooring, a few walls, cabinets & appliances in the kitchen, and opening up a tiny kitchen into a dining room & creating a pantry for it. They were realistic about costs and the original estimate only increased when I requested additional work. The crews were timely and reliable, with clean and professional language (I was never afraid/concerned what my children might hear while they were there), and they were respectful of the rest of the property. Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
