I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

He recommended getting a new control unit at first since mine was not commercial grade at my residence which was going to get expensive and required him to investigate further with things. He found that an area underground where the water runs through was not opening and closing properly had to be replaced. It took some digging and labor on his end but it was able to be fixed properly. There was a bit of guessing that made me a bit uneasy but in the end the problem was found and everything was fixed for my tune up price plus the cost of labor and parts of what was done. This is my first home and I don't have other companies to compare to but I would say they did a decent job.

Jill provided feedback and we exchanged ideas and concrens.Jil provided us with options on arrangments and kept most of the present furniture inthe design as we requested. We took her recommendations onthe layout and colors. We used her recommendations on where to purchase accessories and bedding .  Hard to do over the internet but we managed. In person would be a better experience.
