"We hired Munn Construction to address drainage issues with our driveway. He came out twice to review the project, but we were told one thing and received something different. He did not cover the topsoil he placed down, and the ditches were to be cleaned out, but none of this was done. We paid him for the work. I have contacted him, and he promised to look into it. I have a text showing that he was supposed to come out on August 25, 2025, but he never showed up or called to inform us."

"I would like to recommend Bulldog Exteriors to everyone. Aaron Harris and his crew pressure washed our entire home, replaced wood rot and wrapped the eaves with aluminum and vinyl. In addition they calked and painted all the doors and windows in our home. After that was a complete replacement of the gutters with larger and screen protected gutters. All paint, vinyl, aluminum, and gutters are color matched to perfection with the color of our choice. All of this worked was priced reasonably for all of the work involved. The only delay was a weather day and a delay in getting the materials in from suppliers. Aaron is a Citadel Graduate and headquartered in Ridgeville. A true local company we should support. "Firepit 1ft off center Firepit had no crush under 1st layer like u promised. Actually bottom layer has zero nothing naught under it. They just laid them out around my Firepit 2 Sitting wall 5in higher rt to lt 3 Sitting wall not centered, and not 16 ft like u promised. It's closer to 12 ft 4 Water ponds in middle of pavers after rain 5 Edges of patio a mess where they dribbled cement. 6 Grass just laid on Edges of patio over dribbled quick Crete. When did grass start growing on cement, lol 7 No sand on Edges of most outside grey pavers 8 Patio lights system with the cheapest transformer $63 known to man. I could of had a 120W for the same money. $1000 was price gouging for a 10 minute install and 150 in supplies. We could have dropped a 14/2 wire under 4x3 walkway and has tons of future lighting possibilities. Thanks for looking after us. 9 U didn't even have the courtesy to walk Brenda around the patio before you dove in for the final payment. Shame on you !!!!!!!!! 10 All around patio was left a mess, especially the 3x20 section beside house 11 You damaged end of 10x3 , now 8x3 walkway and dribbled cement in crack you'll broke taking out cement. 12 You cut our live cable line and ran over it 30 to 40 times digging. You could have come in N to S and avoided running over cable so many times. 13 And above was caused when u didn't coordinate with 811 on buried cables Let Brends me know when you want to address the poor quality of your work. The only good thing is that patio is 16x20 , except for round corner he guess at the curve and just eyeballed it instead of measuring the correct arc. Very dissatisfied with the 9 000 dollar patio. Oops, forgot, we paid 5k too much for the lackadaisical job ."

"Project went very well and the team worked quickly. Everything that I wanted was accomplished. The only issue is a crack that has developed on the back patio. This is due to the existing patio being poured over and not cut out due to being monolithic with the house foundation. The difference is how the concrete was married together is the reason for the crack and not the fault of work. Reason for 4 star is some property was damaged by operator of a skid steer. Parts were paid for by contractor but operator could have been more careful to avoid the issue altogether. Highly recommend."
