COTE'S QUALITY SERVICE INC

We have been in this house almost six years and have spent over $2000 in repairs on the air conditioning. Every year when it's time to turn on the A/C we cross our fingers that it will work. Just over one year after we moved in, it failed for the first time. Of course, nothing was covered under warranty so we paid $800 to have it fixed. The next year, it failed again (other unit this time) and we paid over $800 again. The next year it failed again and found someone who didn't work for Cote to fix it cheaply (he told us Cote would charge us another $800; he did it for $100). Yesterday we turned on the AC for the first time this season and the downstairs unit wasn't cooling. We called another company to come look at it this time. The unit was completely depleted of coolant. For $600 they replaced the coolant but said they'd have to come back to check for a leak. This is going to cost us even more money as they look for the leak and repair it. I looked online to find out what would cause the coolant to leak: #1 cause was poor installation.

Job 1: The tech went right to work on the a/c compressor. He put in more Freon. Quite a personable person & now I know what to listen for to suspect a need for more coolant. I don't know how to recommend these folks highly enough & their pricing was just under half of what a widely-advertised-on-TV co charged for what appeared to be identical service a yr ago. Job 2: Abt 15 mins. go by & Chris & his co-worker are ringing the door bell. We briefly go over what has been happening, they say that it sounds like a clogged drain in the drip pan & where was the access to the attic. (We had agreed that the water damage to my ceiling was out of their area of expertise.) After maybe 30 mins, Chris comes in & explains what they did: cut out part of the drain, put in a drain trap so this wouldn't occur again, & cleaned up the mess that was clogging up the drip pan/tray & the pipe leading from it. Altogether professional, fast, easy to deal with. Bravo. Hire 'em if your A/C is acting up.

The work was absolutely wonderful. I am in Realty and they are the best builders in town. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very fair and make sure to answer all of your questions. The work is done with terrific detail and wonderful quality.

We had hired this company ourselves. This company is very reputable in our area. We had used their services in the past. We always get treated with a great deal of respect from everyone in this company. They showed up right when they said they would. We had no problems with the service they provided.

We were very pleased with the work they did. They were friendly, polite, and easy to work with. We have not had any problems since the job was done and I would highly recommend them. I honestly do not remember the price. The job was done too long ago and I do not want to say something that is not accurate.

So far I would say everything is good. I do have heat and air when I need it. It is a new home so nothing has gone wrong. I am not familiar with the workers themselves because I had so many subs working on our home. My builder actually hired and paid them.

I have had absolutely no noticeable problems at all with the new gas furnace that was installed in my home. I really can't tell you the exact price of the furnace installation as it was all in the price of the home itself. I did have them come back out and check the settings of the furnace. We had a pleasant experience with them.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They are great. We have been using them for ten years and they will come in any emergency. They are fair and have excellent service. Our air conditioning units had a manufacture recall and this was the only company in our area that would even service the unit. They are just awesome.

We had only really met the gentlemen from this company right after they had the system installed and the house was complete. They made sure we had all of our questions answered. They also made sure the system worked properly. They were very polite and professional. We have not had any problems with our furnace since they installed it. We paid one full price to the actual builder for the entire project. We don't know for sure how much this companies services cost.

I am pleased to say that this group did a wonderful job installing our heating and air conditioning system in our double porch colonial home. We would surely use them again. Cunnan is a great home building company. They are a small family business, but they build high quality homes. As a result, the subcontractors they hire are always "A" quality companies. This heating and air conditioning company, for instance, practiced good ethics and stood behind their work. That makes me happy as a customer so I would encourage others to use their services as well. Now because they were a subcontracted company by Cunnan, we did not pay them directly. We just paid our builder and then they paid them. They provided us with wonderful services, however.

Oh, we could not have been more pleased with this company. If you are looking for an A plus company to deal with, I would say to look into this company. They are friendly, reliable, dependable, and just a pleasure to deal with. We would use them again and again, to be quite honest. We did not pay them directly since we purchased our home from the contractor. For that reason, I can not comment on their prices. I can tell you that I feel the quality of work they do is extremely neat and they are just an all around A plus organization.

Our general contractor sub contracted them and I would have to say that they did a fantastic job. We did have the pleasure of meeting the boss and he was a perfect gentleman. He easily answered any question that we had for him regarding the project. I am not quite sure how much the actual plumbing bill was as my general contractor paid them but the entire project was around 90000 dollars and worth every penny.
