His advise and communication allowed me to finish the required demolition right before he started the job. He showed up right on time with his co-worker and did an excellent job. When he ran into an unexpected issue he called me immediately and went above and beyond to solve the problem that could not have been foreseen. I was so happy with the work that I asked him to come back and drywall and plaster the stairway leading up to the bedrooms so that everything looked like new. We had already scheduled new carpet to be installed before he could start the second job. He was true to his word and showed up a couple weeks later and did another excellent job and we couldn't find one speck of dust on the new carpet when they were done. "Herb was professional and worked for many hours until the job was done correctly. I am in the process of 100% redoing the bathroom studs-up, and needed a new fan installed. There was never one installed before, and Herb knew what to do to correctly and safely install the fan, vent hose, and the outside vent. He also took existing wiring that ran to an unused baseboard heater above the bathroom, cut the wire, installed a junction box, and ran new 12/2 wire throughout the bathroom, drilling through the wall studs to conceal the wire behind drywall. He installed a new GFCI outlet, a junction for a vanity light when I am ready to install one, and a switch for the fan and a switch for the vanity. I am satisfied with the results."
