"I contacted OPS for a big job in my yard. I mean removing 3 stories worth of vines, removing overgrowth and leveling and removing an old tree. I put my request in at night and received a call from Jason the next day. He was very nice and professional and was able to come out for an estimate the next day. During the estimate, he knew exactly what it would take to get the job done and offered a fair price. Work was scheduled to be done 2 days later. That morning the crew arrived and were very polite. The crew lead, Winston was absolutely AMAZING! He was knowledgeable and super friendly. Winston and his crew did way more than what was expected. I would love to have them back for any future jobs. The best thing isnâ t the fact that all the people were wonderful, price was fair or that the job was done beyond expectationâ ¦ but that the company is run by veterans. With my husband being a veteran, this is a very important thing for us."

She went to great lengths to honor the contract and get the snow removed. Looks just as good as a plow. Hand laid the promised salt. Took them a while, but understandable back breaking labor. Assurances of a plow in the future. Would recommend and use again. Despite all odds they got it done."

Came to offer a quote in a very timely manner (same day, as I recall), then sent a reasonable quote, scheduled the job for a month out. Then let me know they could do it on a date two weeks out, so we scheduled for an 8:30am start. They arrived at 8:20 and got right to work. Limbed a few large trees using ropes/climbing & bucket truck. They left me with some great firewood in 4' lengths, then chipped and removed the rest. Excellent experience all around. Rosheen is so good at his craft that he makes you want to be better at your own. Highly recommend."
