Called and texted Jason about an issue with the work was done and all I got was crickets. I spent a lot of money on this project and was hoping I could get a call back. The work that was done was satisfactory at the time. But within months pieces started falling off the house and needed him to come back to repair, but never responded back. Very disappointed.

Great job with snow removal and a fair price!

In September of 2024 I retained the services of South County Exteriors, LLC (owner, Justin Cimalore) to replace a small deck on the back of my residence. I received a written estimate for the job in the amount of $6,000.00 which was issued on 9/19/2024 and proceeded to send in a check for the requested deposit of $3,000.00 (check 5505) on 9/21/2024. Mr. Cimalore cashed the check on 9/25/2024 and the job as of this date has not been started. When Mr. Cimalore and I discussed the project, he advised me that he would not be able to start the job (which he estimated could be completed in 2-3 days) for approximately 3-4 weeks and I told him that the time frame was acceptable to me since it was fall and I did not spend as much time on my deck in the cooler weather so was not in a rush for the project to be completed. That was the last time that I saw Mr. Cimalore. He never initiated any contact with me again although I did contact him every month (October 2024, November 2024, December 2024) to check on the status of my project start date and was always told that he was still behind and was unable to start my project. As of my last contact with Mr. Cimalore in December 2024, he told me that he would contact me in January of 2025 but that has not happened and so I texted him to request my $3,000.00 deposit be returned and did not get any reply. I am requesting that my deposit of $3,000.00 be returned to me immediately - I DO NOT WANT TO ENGAGE MR. CIMALORE TO REPLACE/REBUILD THE DECK ON MY RESIDENCE -

Justin and his crew were awesome! They were clean, courteous and professional. They not only finished my project early (very time sensitive) but came in $2k cheaper than 2 other contractors bids. In turn They will be replacing my roof and siding very soon. I would highly recommend them.

We had a small roof leak that required immediate attention and Justin resounded to my reach out immediately. He showed up the very next day to diagnose the problem and perform the repair. We are also considering window replacement and also roof replacement in the next year. He quickly assessed the projects and provided us with reasonable quotes without any fuss or fanfare which we very much appreciate. We are looking forward to working with South County in the future

Awesome company! If I could give Justin more than 5 stars I would! He explained everything about the job ahead of time. Very honest and the price was very reasonable. I would encourage anyone contemplating a new roof or similar repairs to go with this company! I was very satisfied!

He was able to knock down a leaky out-of-use chimney and replace the roofing around it for cheaper than others were quoting me for fixing the leaks.
