He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. He was efficient, and recommended only necessary work, saving me money. He has a long history of restoring properties in his native Rhode Island. I am very pleased with the results. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
