Ceiling repair in three rooms, plaster repair of interior walls, door hardware replaced, carpeting removal, complete renovation of a deteriorated bathroom, including shower demolition and tile laying. He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation.
