Our experience with KCCNE was truly a pleasure. From our meetings with Eddy, one of the owners; to Cindy, Dan, Kelli and Leo our project managers; to Shawn and the demo crew; to the staff, especially Tara, at KCCNE; to Steve and Scott, our electricians; to Bobby, our plumber; to Scott and his family, our drywall installers; to John the carpenter who took care of any minor problems that arose and made sure we were happy; to Janae, who came to clean the entire project area when the project was finished. And to Ray, our main carpenter, who was not only a perfectionist but became a friend. He helped us to avoid making mistakes and his suggestions were always appreciated. This was a full kitchen remodel, except for flooring, and all the products we chose were delivered on time and professionally and carefully installed. From start to finish everyone made the process painless even thru the Covid 19 pandemic which presented a variety of issues which were all overcome with little or no stress on us. We would highly recommend that anyone include KCCNE in their remodeling plans.

Walking into KCCNE was like scrolling through your Pinterest Account... but in life in real life, the only difference is instead of searching for ideas and/or answers you just ask Steve. Steve could not have done a better job with handling all of our questions and concerns about the removal of our current granite and backsplash. The guy is a walking manual when it comes to different granites, quartz & marble! He explained everything to my husband and I with the upmost patience of a saint. As you can imagine this was our first remodel. Steve also worked around our schedule as we only had a specific window of time to get everything done before we moved in. He even gave us references for the cabinet handles and our faucets, which we used and had nothing but outstanding services from them as well. I cannot stress enough how punctual, informative & committed the entire KCCNE company was to my husband and myself. Joey & Steve did an absolute fantastic job and I would 100% send anyone who wants to remodel or just get some ideas/advice on their kitchen to KCCNE.

After more than a year planning for a remodel of our kitchen & adjacent spaces, my husband & I contacted KCCNE on the highest recommendation from a doctor friend of mine. We had interviewed two other companies who were a disappointment. When we met with co-owner, Joe Pakuris, of KCCNE, we felt this would be the company to engage for our extensive project KCCNE's business model is what makes them a top tier design and build organization. Other remodel companies use sub-contractors for aspects of a project, resulting in a domino effect of delays if one aspect falls behind schedule. KCCNE controls & schedules all facets of the project with their highly skilled, experienced staff of employees who perform highly specialized functions such as kitchen and/or bath design, product ideas & selection, demolition, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, stone cutting & has a honed list of other trusted professionals for those aspects not handled directly by KCCNE, such as appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures & hardware, glass inserts, painting. Every worker with whom we dealt frequently on our project was highly skilled, personable, helpful & efficient. Our project manager & other team members worked tirelessly to keep the project on schedule & responded promptly to any questions/concerns we had along the way. Final results are ABSOLUTELY STUNNNG. We highly recommend KCCNE!

Whole process was much easier, faster, and less expensive than I initially thought it would be. We did our countertops in April (maybe May). The workers were all very kind and hard working. Couldn't be happier with our counter tops. We went with the Blue Pearl GT. Beautiful stone.

KCCNE did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and putting in a half-bath. Folks helped us with the design and the work was excellent. Big shout out to the KCCNE carpenters, electricians and plumbers. First rate work all around. We especially love how they matched old woodwork and spruced up our existing beadboard. From demolition to the thorough cleaning at completion, the people working in our home were tidy and very pleasant. Everyone was very responsive to any requests we had and patient with us throughout the project. We couldn’t be happier and would call KCCNE again in a heartbeat!

October 27, 20219 Dear Eddy, I wanted to compliment you and your entire staff on the excellent bathroom remodel. From our initial meeting to conclusion the process was carried out to perfection. Each craftsman was efficient, informative, and completed each task with precision. My concern throughout the process was to ensure handicap accessibility. Each person from in-house staff to on-site craftsmen not only took the time to listen to my needs, but observed what modifications would be necessary. They then offered suggestions and carried out the remodel detail oriented. I have been very pleased with my kitchen remodel a few years ago, and again cannot be more pleased with my final bathroom result. It makes this daunting process so easy when you have complete faith and confidence in each person. Eddy, you should be so proud of your entire staff from the in-house people to the on-site craftsmen. Hands down! THE BEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE WORKED WITH period. Project description. Complete kitchen remodel. 1/2 bath remodel. New Hardwood and tile floors entire first floor. Having trouble picking a contractor. Joe and the crew are like having family (that you like) work for you. They have it all. In house designers. Loads of samples. Stone, wood, colors. Its one stop shopping. They completely transformed our home. They manage and schedule all work. From demolition to punch list. Almost every trade is in house. Everyone that was involved in our project treated our house like it was their own. Our project went from a kitchen remodel. To moving walls, adding windows, moving and changing lights, switches, outlets. To changing the bathroom size and shape. To new floors and paint on the first floor. All completed in the time frame promised. Can not wait to do the next project

KCCNE exceeded all my expectations when it came to my kitchen renovation. From the first meeting with Joe, to creating the design with Nate and Jade, to the impeccable craftsmanship of Mark; the whole process was organized and moved smoothly. Their workers are reliable and truthworthy. They came within my budget and my kitchen came out better than I could have ever expected. The levels of communication with their staff was exceptional. If I had any questions, they were answered promptly. Kelli was amazing during the entire process and I felt comfortable approaching her with any questions I had. KCCNE has the best customer service and really knows there products. Biggest pro was they dont try to make you spend a huge amount of money, they keep you within a budget and are honest people. We love our countertops that we ordered a combo of quartzite and quartz that came out unbelievable. They have unique products and designs you wont find anywhere else. Hannah did a great job helping pick out exactly what we wanted to match our kitchen and style, which was something we struggled with when first looking at commercial stores such as home depot and lowes. I 100% reccomend this company they know there stuff and will steer you in the right direction!

Words cannot express the joy it was working with KCCNE, Starting with Hanna in the Sales Steve & his Guys in the Back & The installers Raphael clean professional high quality work from start to finish!!! We wanted a beautiful kitchen for our mom and Hanna Made it happen. KCCNE showroom is amazing so many choices from glass enclosures some cutting edge stuff created by very talented craftsmen. I suggest you take a trip down there and see all that KCCNE has to offer.

KCCNE installed granite countertops in our current home about 5 years ago and we were thrilled with there sales staff, workmanship and overall cost then so when we began remodeling our summer home in Narragansett we decided to go with them for our kitchen cabinets and countertops and once again, they did not dissapoint! From the beginning of our journey, Nathan worked with us to find the perfect kitchen design and was so very patient with the change requests we had and Dave in fabrication was extremely accomodating to our time line and our last minute changes to our quartz countertops. We love it all! Our only regret is that we did not have KCCNE do the installation of our cabinetry. We would highly recommend that you use the KCCNE staff for all of your insallation needs. We would not hesitate to use KCCNE again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Look no further! KCCNE is a pleasure to work with! The staff is very helpful and responsive. The showroom is beautiful with many samples available at hand. A large yard filled with many full size slabs of marble and granite for viewing. But most importantly, best pricing around! Dave Townsend, Production Manager worked endlessly ensure we received the products we loved at the best price possible. He made the stressful process of purchasing cabinetry and counter tops for a large kitchen and 3 bathrooms a lot easier. Dependable and responsive! We highly recommend KCCNE for your next kitchen/bathroom project.

KCCNE office staff and designers were wonderful! All tradesmen were skilled, trustworthy and very nice. They demolished my kitchen down to the studs; they took down a bearing wall and installed a beam between my kitchen and living room. I was anxious about the whole process, but they reassured me every step of the way! All tradesmen were at my home when they said they would be. I have a kitchen that I absolutely LOVE. I highly recommend KCCNE to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

Extremely well, KCCNE did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, kept track and remedied issues as they came up. Although the winter snowstorms set back schedule, the team stayed on top of it, communicated, and completed tasking. The team has an interactive app that the customer can state issues - the whole team sees the issue, it is never lost! WE had to gut a two room bathroom (removing walls) and put in handicapped toilet, grab bars and walk in shower. The bathroom does not look institutional (as a matter of fact it is beautiful!). Very functional for my handicapped mother.

Great experience. Showroom is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Nathan had great plan ideas and listened to our ideas. We installed the cabinets ourselves. KCCNE gave us good tips and helped us through the process. Countertops and cabinets are beautiful. We got much more than both the big box stores (got quotes from both) and the cabinets were priced better at KCCNE. We are very pleased and will definitely go back for future projects.
